Joe is the Founder of The Almeida Group LLC and oversees the strategic growth of the company. With over 40 years of experience as a real estate broker and entrepreneur, Joe is focused on assisting both sellers and buyers with their housing needs. During his career in the real estate business, Joe has been involved with and closed thousands of transactions. His clients have ranged from everyday homeowners to developers and non-profit organizations.
Prior to The Almeida Group, Joe spent 30 years as President of one of Connecticut’s most successful real estate brokerage companies. Joe currently serves on the Board of Directors for SMART MLS of Connecticut with over 18,000 participants. He was a past Board member for the Greater Bridgeport Board of Realtors, affiliated with the National Association of Realtors.
